Refund Policy
How refunds work for digital resources, memberships, and consulting.
We want you to be happy with what you buy from Studio Aletheia. Here is how refunds work.
Digital resources and downloads
Because digital resources can't be returned, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the resource. If you haven't accessed it yet, contact us and we'll be glad to help. If a resource is defective or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
Memberships and subscriptions
You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
Consulting, workshops, and training
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before a scheduled session and we'll refund what you've paid, except your deposit, which is non-refundable. After that, or once work has begun, fees are non-refundable. If we cancel or can't deliver, we'll refund everything you paid, including your deposit.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@aletheiaintegrations.com with your name, the email used for the order, and the order number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge so we can resolve it quickly.
